Delivery Policy
A delivery fee starting at $10 (in the GTA) will be added to each order, for each address. For Same Day Delivery – Orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. for delivery before 5:00 p.m. same day. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, and will let you know if this is not possible.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your order due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items such as vases may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. Please note that you may request alternative flowers or colors when placing your orders. In the case of Gift Baskets or Gourmet Baskets, substitutions may be necessary due to availability especially depending on the time of year or season. Care is taken to maintain the theme and value of your order. Custom orders are welcomed as well for any flower, plant or gift basket purchases.
