We always do your best to fulfill you order as close as possible to your request. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet or gift basket due to the availability of certain flowers or items. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers and products of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items such as vases or baskets may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If you require a certain colour, flower type or item please be sure to make note of this in the order details expressing no substitutions with these items.
